Overhyped

I had such high hopes. I’m not a huge vanilla/gourmand scent girl anyway.. but this has a strong powdery scent that I just couldn’t get past. On my skin, the dry down smells like a powdery playdough , I don’t like this at all and gave it away

I'm obsessed with sweet vanilla smells and this one is perfect for summer. It's young and so sweet. Literally smells like candy

Smells good

I wasn’t sure about this scent but after wearing it a few days, it really started to grow on me. I wish I would’ve bought this in the mini or travel size and bought the yum boujee marshmallow in the big size.

Vanilla Goodness

I’ve fallen in love with the Kayali brand! Mona is a genius and the notes are perfectly feminine and sweet. The vanilla makes it warm and has people saying they smell something divine whenever I apply it.

Delicious but short lasting

I always get compliments about it, but the smell doesn’t last long. It doesn’t matter if I use lotion with a similar scent right before

I like the scent of this. Sadly, it has no staying power. No projection either. Not sure I’m keeping it or returning it. I need to give it more of a chance. But I had expected better.

Although I love this brand I cannot say I love this specific perfume I like it, but I don’t love it. It starts off strong with its sweet scent, and I love the first notes I get from it, but as it dries down, the sweetness is barely there, and although it does give Woody, it also gives a bit floral and powdery to me which I don’t like

I honestly think Huda should hire a professional “nose” that teach Mona how to make fragrances. Each one is worse than the last.i actually feel sorry for the beautiful bottle. This line will not survive without a make overhaul.

Its still NOT gourmand. But I like it now.

Updating my previous review from a 2 to a 3. This perfume definitely grew on me, and is one of my go to's now. But, absolutely nothing about this scent is gourmand. It's a very strong very sweet almost candied floral. I don't get any vanilla, no creamy notes, and definitely no bakery notes. If you think this scent is gourmand in anyway shape of form you are incorrect. If you walk into a bakery and the bakery smells anything like this perfume I suggest you RUN, because they're serving their muffins with a side of chemicals. While the smell did grow on me, and I'm enjoying alternating between my actual gourmand scents and this one, I don't believe it's being marketed properly. Try it on in store before buying.

I am absolutely in love with this perfume! Everything about it is perfect, from the beautiful diamond-shaped bottle to the amazing scent that lasts all day long. It’s sweet and sexy, with a fruity bubblegum aroma that will be perfect for the upcoming spring and summer seasons. I really like it!
