I received this as a free sample years ago and the full size bottle was way above what I was willing to spend on a scent. I was just recently looking for this again, since it has been years since I had tried the sample, and have found that the price is much more reasonable than it used to be (YAY!). But I am mostly posting this here because several reviewers have stated they would buy a smaller sized bottle and I found that you can get a smaller bottle (about 1/3 the size of this one) directly from Atelier's website, should you be so inclined. Sephora, you may want to consider carrying the smaller bottle since so many people commented here that they would be interested in that.

Unisex, I think

I believe this is a unisex fragrance. The saleswoman convinced my male friend to get it and it smells delightful. The scent doesn't last very long, but it's still a great cologne.

worth it

I first got a sample of this perfume a few years back. Immediately, I knew I loved it. I was hesitant to invest in such a luxury item, but it has been well worth it. Not only do I love this fragrance, so does everyone else around me. This is now my staple perfume.

Unique and Feminine

My favorite scent of all time. I received a sample a few years ago, and it’s been on my mind since. I finally took the plunge recently and bought a bottle. Hoping it lasts a long time. It’s incredibly unique. I cannot think of a scent that compares. Soft, rich, complex. Sophisticated, feminine, strong. I don’t agree with the reviews saying it smells like a “grandma”, but to each their own. It’s not a light sweet “younger” scent, but it’s not a cloying thick scent either. One lasting spritz is all you need. If you’re in the market for a new scent, I would definitely recommend at least trying it on and seeing how it wears on you.

Great every day scent

I happened to be at Sephora when the Atelier Rep was on site. I was looking for a replacement for Michael Kors Very Hollywood. The rep suggested Silver Iris and Blanche Immortelle. Silver Iris is most like what I was looking for but I got them both. I really like the blackberry notes. This isn't a long lasting scent but I like it as a boost getting ready for work or after a shower.

My new obsession

Received this as a gift from my other half. Boy oh boy does it smell amazing. Now all I wonder is what other amazing Atelier scents are there that I must have!!

lots of iris

I love iris perfumes and this is loaded with it, hence the name. Unfortunately, this fragrance really didn't tickle my fancy. After having it on for around 30 minutes my husband couldn't smell it sitting 12 inches away from me, the longevity isn't great, and I find the notes to be rather linear. I might be spoiled by Prada Infusion d'Iris, which I absolutely adore. If you are looking for a new floral this would be a good one to try. Personally, I hate floral fragrances, but iris is rather unique and doesn't smell like a typical floral.

On the fence

This is a very unique perfume - I've had this bottle for about a year but have only spritzed it on about a dozen times so far. Initially I don't love the scent, it's a bit powdery and floral, but in the dry-down that happens 45-60 minutes later, the blackcurrant really comes out strong and it becomes a subtle fruit fragrance with a hint of iris. I think it's a great scent for fall, but it usually lives on my vanity unused for a good 9 months of the year which makes me wish I could have bought a smaller bottle.

A really lovely iris offering from a favorite perfume line- if only less expensive smaller sizes were offered I would certainly buy a full bottle!

falling in love!

This may be my new all-time favorite! I've always been a Paul Smith "extreme" fan. And an even bigger Alexander McQueen "my queen" fan. But, this one its making me really happy right now!

Unique sexy spring floral

I first received this as a sample from Sephora and immediately loved it. I haven't worn a floral in a long time because a lot of them seem to be too flowery or too sweet with no warmth or sexy element. This is the perfect blend if a light floral with a hint of sexy warmth underneath. It is a perfect daytime, spring scent. I have also purchased Vanille Intense and Sanguine Orange from Atelier Cologne and love them both!
