I love morrocanoil. And this was no exception. this is a scalp exfoliator that is used basically as a prewash. Easy enough to use. Wet hair, split it, apply to scalp, rub gently with water and rinse. I will say it did take a while to rinse out so it made my shower way longer. Aside from that it was a great experience. Got all the flakes. And my scalp and hair is so soft.

I’ve been using Moroccanoil hair products for years and was excited to trying their Purifying Scalp Scrub. I’ve been dealing with super dry scalp for awhile now. This scrub was easy to apply and gentle yet effective on my scalp. I left it on for a few, then washed it out. It washed out pretty easy and left my scalp feeling SUPER clean and clear. I’ve been looking for a scrub that would be gentle on my scalp but at the same time provide some exfoliation. I absolutely loved this pre wash scrub. Moroccan oil does not miss with their products, and this one was a hit as well. It smells great, is very easy to apply because of the applicator tip (no more scooping and wasting product!), it exfoliates, and feels great on my scalp. A+ scrub!

fresh & clean

I give this a 10/10 ! I have dandruff and due to product use can get a good amount of build up. I section my hair & use a little bit at a time and continue to add as I go thru my head. The scrub sensation is amazing. Gentle yet, effective. It gives me a fresh scalp before even shampooing. It’s a fresh feel and quite satisfying. Will continue to use.

Before meeting this product my hair twice my scalp would still feel heavy with buildup and visible flakes which were embarrassing. I would even try to wash my hair twice, making sure I gave it a really good scrub each time, but to no avail. This exfoliating pre-shampoo scalp scrub is just what I needed, i already see MAJOR improvement and feel so much better about my hair not only feeling but looking clean!

If you have oily hair, such as an oily scalp and sometimes it gets itchy, and you feel like you get a lot of product buildup, then this is the product for you! It feels so cooling and you can really feel the difference. My hair now lasts about three days without having to wash it until it starts to feel oily again.

I have not used a scalp scrub prior trying this one and I was quite pleased. The Argan shell powder is gentle and effective. All I have to do is rub it all over my scalp after wetting my hair then rinse it out. The scent is a little strong for me and I’d prefer less fragrance. The oil is pretty hydrating so I don’t need as much conditioner. I’ve found that the scrub helps my scalp feel super clean and refreshed.

I will never skip my scalp scrub pre-wash again! After reading about the benefits, I have been on it like crazy. Helps your scalp, minimize your shampoo wash, and it leaves you scalp cleannnnn so there no buildup whatsoever

Whether you have a dry scalp or any flaking issues, this scrub is a champ! I use it a couple times a week in the shower then follow with my favorite shampoo. I don’t have any issues rinsing it out after massaging it into my scalp. It doesn’t leave any oily residue either. This treatment makes me feel like I’ve been to a spa. I love using this as a way to treat myself as well as get a healthier scalp.
