The first time I ordered this perfume, it was a blind buy. Honestly, I only ordered because it was on sale & I was intrigued. The first time I tried it, I wasn't a fan. As a sidenote, I now realize I probably didn't like it that first time because I'd used a body oil & lotion that didn't exactly meld with the fragrance. One day my daughter used it & that's when I began falling...hard. I loved it on her, so I decided to give it another try & I absolutely LOVE it! It's like a sultry, sexy vanilla with a lot of depth & dimension. I find it's appropriate for day, at work, but also fabulous for night. It's so perfect. This is my second bottle & I hope to always have it in my fragrance collection. Highly recommend!

Sweet Vanilla Focused Scent, But Lacks Floral Bala

I blind bought MonGuerlien Almost Smells Like Vanilla Sugar Rock by Kayli. It’s a sweet, vanilla-forward scent that feels warm and cozy. I was expecting more floral notes from the lavender and jasmine, but the vanilla dominates. Still, it’s a nice fragrance if you enjoy gourmand scents! I can’t speak to its longevity, though, since I’m dealing with dry skin during the winter.

Smells too mature and masculine

I had high hopes for this since so many people seem to love it but the dry down smelled very old lady to me, like in a cloying floral baby powder perfumey way… it also leaned slightly too masculine for my taste.

Just lovely

My favorite fragrance find of 2024! The only one I have ever repurchased in the largest size they carry. Something about this lavender (not the aromatherapy kind) and vanilla bouquet just smells irresistible to me, even though it doesn’t last terribly long on my skin. So I spray base of neck, behind ears, wrists, inner elbows, hair – everywhere. Not too young and definitely not too mature, a confident and classy scent. Considering getting a spare. I know it’s been around forever and often referred to as a “wife scent”, but is that really so bad?

I've been wearing Mon Guerlain for a few years now...since Eau de Shalimar was discontinued. I honestly get compliments daily on how great it smells. Warm, rich, inviting...never overwhelming. It's a fabulous everyday scent...and unique enough to leave an impression.

Take the chance!

I bought this as a blind buy simply because it was on sale. It BEAUTIFUL. It has a sweetness to it but not sticky sweet. It’s mature but not old. It smells like you have your life together even if you don’t lol. I’d say buy it!
