Ineffective product, save your money

This is basically worthless. I used this before an event to cover a bit of white that I have (in the back of my head!) and add some shine. It barely covered the white, but it was OK. No shine whatsoever. I left it on twice the amount of time as some had recommended. It was not watery, in fact, it was quite thick. The bad news is that it washed out all together in two days. I appreciate natural products, but this one is completely ineffectual. Save your money.

Je voulais changer radicalement mais temporaitement (blonde à brune). Le produit est très simple d’utilisation et la couleur exactement comme souhaitée. J’attends encore pour voir la tenue et retrouver ma couleur naturelle. Pour l’instant je suis conquise et je recommande !

When you have a few grays...

I’m a big fan of the Christophe Robin’s shade variation mask so I thought I’d give this a try. If you don’t have a lot of gray or discernible roots, it’s definitely worth a try. Deposited a neutral brown tone that lasted a few shampoos. Didn’t have the messiness issue that others did - maybe because my hair is super short (thanks chemo!) No strong odor either. Will definitely use again to preserve my color

I wish they'd make a shade for redheads. I'm strawberry blonde verging on red. My normal color is a few shades darker. I used dark blonde initially and I can't believe how well it actually covers without any banding. That said, it's a bit of an odd tone (as I'm red) so I will try the chestnut. Now, to cover gray: Place on towel dry (still slightly damp clean hair) for ONE HOUR. I've used this a few times and it will wash out completely in 2-3 washes. You can rest easy knowing you're not damaging your hair. The bottle seems to be enough for 2-3 touchups. I think the price is worth it. I happen to live in Paris and have actually gone to Christophe's salon and honestly, he is reeeeaaaaallly thoughtful and totally 100% a hair color genius. You are in good hands with his products. As far as I can tell, there isn't anything on the market that will cover gray temporarily except a sharpie or a hat. This touchup is great for lockdown, but also for anyone who travels a lot and may need to stretch out the color.

Not a miracle worker, but not bad

So I bought both the temporary color gel and the conditioning mask. This was much more time consuming to apply as it included a 40-min wait. That said, while it did not completely conceal my grey (okay, for me it’s actually white) hair, at least now they look more like highlights. It won’t replace my stylist and I’ll be back to see her as soon as it’s safe for color - this is a temporary solution to what I Hope is a temporary problem.

Easy enough for a newbie.

I have never colored my hair at home so I was nervous, but this worked very well for me. I used Olaplex Bond Maintenance shampoo, as it's silicon free, then applied Olaplex Hair Perfector to the ends to cover my balayage. It was pretty easy to apply the CR gel and work it into my hair. I used about 1/3 of the bottle, my hair is fine. I left it on for 1 hr and it covered my grey and blended in my root regrowth nicely. It's darker than I expected, but lovely and glossy. I have yet to see how long it lasts, but I am very happy.

Perfect for banishing grey/white roots.

I’m 70 and a retired chemist. In early March I realized I wouldn’t be able to visit my salon for a while so I bought this product in golden blonde. I’ve used boxed products in emergencies before but even light blonde shades came out dark. After reading all the reviews I washed my hair with Robin’s sea salt scrub and let my hair sit a while. My roots are white in some places and grey in others so, using the bottle’s nozzle, I applied the product to my roots and with my fingers massaged it in. I then applied a hair mask to the remaining hair, a tip I read in the instructions. I waited an hour and before washing I combed the product through my shoulder length hair. I rinsed my hair thoroughly with warm water in the sink, which works better than in a shower as it’s easier to tell when the rinse is finished. It came out better than expected and I was pleased to see there’s enough product left to color my hair again when needed. I thought the price was high but after seeing the results and knowing the product remains stable unlike boxed colors I’d highly recommend it.

Waste of money

Does not cover gray hair. Left on for 1 hour Wouldn’t recommend it waste of money

Produit avec une bonne composition maos ne couvre en aucun cas les cheveux blanc meme pas pour 6 semaines je suis deçue pour le prix! Achat inutile et je ne l’utilise plus pour le coup

I just have very few white hairs,this product doesn’t cover them at all .... my hair is shiny and soft after use but white hairs are still here the same. Disappointed with this
