What even is this product supposed to be? Someone described it as looking like a lab experiment, and I completely agree! Is there any way I can return it?

Do not buy - Dries out white quickly

Do not buy this. It’s clear at first but like others I’ve seen with 1 star reviews, I didn’t use for a couple of months then when I opened it next it was dried out and white. Really gross. Even when it was new I didn’t love the product. It smears your brow pencil/powder

That said, there are a couple of small drawbacks. The formula can dry out in the container if you’re not careful, so make sure to keep the lid tightly closed. I’ve also noticed it sometimes leaves a slight white cast if I overapply, but using less product or brushing through helps avoid that issue. Despite these minor cons, I absolutely love this product. If you’ve got thicker brows and want something long-lasting and reliable, Brow Freeze is a must-have in your makeup bag!

Fav brow gel i have tried by far (which is a lot) - holds hairs in place all day & doesn’t flake off like many brow gels on the market. Packaging is very sleek and the brush makes it very easy to apply - usually i would use my own but no need with this product.
