Burned my skin???

I’ve always been a loyal user of this brand and have used many of their serums, cleansers, and creams without ever having an issue. Because of that trust, I felt confident purchasing this cream, especially after receiving a sample and loving it. The sample left my skin feeling very hydrated, and I used it for two days with no reaction at all. That experience is what convinced me to buy the full-size product. Unfortunately, my experience with the full-size version was completely different. Within minutes of applying it, my face began to burn. When I looked in the mirror, I noticed blotchy redness and clear red spots across my skin. I immediately washed it off as soon as I felt the burning and saw the irritation, but even after two days, my skin is still irritated from just that one use. I’m especially disappointed because this is an expensive product, and I had already thrown away the box and original packaging since I trusted the brand and had no issues with the sample. If you have sensitive skin, I would definitely be cautious before purchasing this. I’d also recommend being aware that the sample may differ from the full-size formula, as my skin reacted very differently despite the sample working perfectly for me.

J’ ai acheté ce produit il y a maintenant quelques mois ,cette crème est vraiment efficace et hydrate la peau en profondeur. Des résultats sont apparus en quelques semaines. Je recommande fortement!

Not for me :(

Not sure how young girls and pre teens are using this product. Broke me out into white heads so bad. My skin has always been perfect and it seriously scarred me into using more of their products.

Immediate Broken Capillaries after 1st use!!!

Immediately after first use, my skin had broken capillaries. Woke up to even MORE pronounced capillaries, weird discoloration, and MORE blemishes! Including a close up of broken capillaries and my overall face…. Which is usually blemish-free. 😭 I am devastated and don't know what to do to repair this! I take very good care of my skin. 31 Female. Combo skin. I usually have flawless skin that frequently gets complimented. Got a sample of this with my regular Drunk Elephant purchases. (The Best No. 9 jelly cleanser & the Protini Polypeptide cream.) Never had an issue with their products before! I am devastated!

Sjogren’s Syndrome Skin Saver

I have Sjogrens Syndrome and this is the only moisturizer I have found that keeps my skin hydrated without breaking me out or causing an allergic reactions. Literally skin saver. Their purple eye cream too

Cette crème hydrate bien, mais très épaisse. L'hiver c'est bien, mais lorsqu'il fait chaud, elle laisse un voile sur la peau très désagréable si on transpire un peu du visage. le flacon pompe est pratique, mais on ne voit pas ce qu'il reste

Very thick but not especially hydrating. Also the smell is really unpleasant. It smells like cheap sunscreen from the 90s.

Ehh, it works but has side effect

I have problem with dry patches, surprisingly this works but it has side effect, idk if someone have same problem, it kept giving me new pimples when I apply on same area as for dry patches, and it’s thick, I was not expecting that. It’s good but I don’t like side effect, just letting you know about that, :/

It is thick, and some time its clumpy so only get a bit out. Other than that, it is moisterizing.

Super thick and hard to spread, NOT hydrating

I genuinely don’t understand how this lotion has so many positive reviews. It’s extremely thick, hard to spread, and just sits on my skin without absorbing properly. The next morning, if I skip washing my face and apply a different moisturizer, the leftover residue from this lotion causes terrible pilling — and the other moisturizer never pills on its own. This product is a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
