Great lash and brow strengthener!

I bought this with the high hopes of hydrating the eye area and opening up my hooded eyes, did it deliver? Absolutely not. Do I feel this is a necessary skincare item? Absolutely not. This does have a lovely cooling effect on the eyes, especially in the inner corners, contours and brow bone, however, if that is something you are looking for. But as I continued using it on my lashes and brows I did notice a MAJOR difference in the strength of my lashes and a growth spurt in my brows so that being said, if you are looking for something to help strengthen and grow your lashes and brows, I do highly recommend this as normally lash and brow serums end up costing an arm and a leg long term if you plan to maintain the result, and this one in comparison to others you will get a lot more product and thus more bang for your buck. If you are like me and you have an awful habit of tugging at your lashes or brows, you will definitely notice with regular use that this will prevent those tiny hairs from falling out at all! I have been able to save every precious lash despite habitually pulling at them, which makes this worth every penny to me. Absolutely love it, I do love rapid brow more in terms of brow growth and fullness, but because this is much more cost efficient, I will most likely repurchase this.
