What have you done?!

I have used the old version of this for years on holiday (as I don’t tan naturally at all and pool water takes off the mouse). I used to put a bit on each evening before heading out and it gave an instant natural glow. This new version is horrible! It’s a dark black/green and looks awful. Not something you could put on to go out in public. I don’t understand why you have destroyed what was a brilliant product? I won’t be buying again and am now on holiday looking very pale :(

Disappointed

Used the same one for years. My skin always felt hydrated with it, the application was super easy. Bought this one & it clumped on my skin, was super hard to rub in, also comes out a scary dark green color. Isn’t the same that it used to be at all.

Good product

I took its in second. It is good idea, but it is very good. If like many cosmetics this product for you. You can have chance. Good luck! My mark only 4+

Not what it says on the bottle

I’m extremely confused as to how this is a daily, gradual tanner. It goes on like mud and I might as well just be using regular express fake tan since I can’t put on clothes or sit anywhere without it transferring. The skin benefits do not exist, it isn’t moisturizing AT ALL. Even if I wanted to use it as a normal overnight wash off tanner, it applies streaky and takes forever.

Bring back the previous version

I really liked the gradual tinted moisturiser product - went on nicely & a nice colour developed . This new formula is not a moisturiser-it is essentially ‘ false tan’ very dark & runny & the colour does not develop well.It is very disappointing. Please bring back the previous version

Terrible product

The company has changed the formula and it is awful. Please bring back the old formula. Why did you change it??

Not gradual not a tint

Wish I had read the reviews, it is nothing like other gradual tan lotions I’ve ever used, it’s a thin gel. It is not “tinted” it is dark, opaque and very hard to blend in. It stained my palms for days! Back it goes

It’s a bit sticky in this Texas heat. Be careful it stains anything it touches! You must use the buffing glove for it to go on evenly.

Disappointed w New Formula: Itchy and inferior

I recently purchased the new formula of this gradual self-tanning lotion, and to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. Having been a loyal customer of the brand's old formula, I was excited to try out the new version, only to be left utterly dissatisfied. Firstly, the most glaring issue with this new formula is its effect on my skin. Unlike its predecessor, which provided a natural-looking tan without any adverse effects, this new lotion has caused incessant itching on my skin. It is incredibly uncomfortable and has made the tanning process an absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable and irritating sensation with any self-tanning product before, and it is simply unacceptable. Apart from the severe itchiness, the overall performance of this new formula is a far cry from its predecessor. The old formula effortlessly provided a gradual and even tan, leaving my skin looking sun-kissed and radiant. Unfortunately, the new formula falls short in terms of its color payoff and application. The tan it provides is uneven and patchy, leaving me with splotchy areas that are noticeably darker than others. It's disheartening to see such a decline in quality, especially when the previous version was so effective. Moreover, the scent of this new formula is quite off-putting. The old formula had a pleasant, subtle fragrance that was barely noticeable. In contrast, the new lotion emits an overpowering chemical-like smell that lingers on the skin for hours. Not only is it unpleasant to have this lingering odor, but it also makes it difficult to enjoy the process of self-tanning. As a long-time customer, I expected the brand to improve upon its already successful product. However, this new formula has failed to live up to its predecessor in every aspect. Just applied!

Using a mitt is the way to go! Yes, it will waste some of the product, but you will get the result you are looking for. Easy to apply. Use a small amount and use a circular motion throughout your legs. Start at the top and work your way down. The remaining mitt can be used on the face. Right leg is with application. Left is without.

Best natural looking tan for me.

I have read all the reviews and I came to understanding that people have not been getting what they expected. So I thought I might be useful sharing my experience with it because I love it. For me this gives me the best color without smell and orange tone and doesn’t transfer to clothes. I’ve tried it different times of the day and evenings as well. I’m with very pale skin and self tanning is my only way to get color. First I tried without the mitt and it was difficult and streaky and my hands were green- not good idea . Applied with the mitt this product is on another level, it gives instant not orange but natural looking tan. When you apply it evenly with the mitt it doesn’t leave any green color and has a subtle sparkle. I have never had this natural looking deep tan. I can’t compare it to the mousse yet, I’ve got it hoping will give me same natural results without orange hues but haven’t tried it

Totally agree with the other reviewers that this is nothing like the old gradual tan lotion - weird color going on, stains my hands (old formula did not and I always work fast and wash hands immediately) - hate it.
