It is very strongly scented, like perfume! Can be irritating. It nourishes the scalp a little bit but the scent counteracts it by being irritating to the scalp. i wish they had it be more natural, maybe it would've been a better product.

Impressive product

Wow, I'm very impressed after using my free sample. I have been dealing with an itchy scalp and dandruff for a while now and nothing seems to work. After one application, my hair is not itchy and extremely soft. It even looks shiny and healthier than it usually does. As for the smell, it's not as bad as some people claim, some people are so dramatic. It does have a strong perfume smell but it dissipates after a little while and if you use other hair products, it won't be noticable.

Scalp is much less itchy after using this regularly, my scalp feels fresher for longer and doesn't get as oily as quickly. I can go longer between wash days when I use this.

While it instantly felt like it calmed my scalp, made my hair shiny- the smell is so off putting! Very strong chemical cheap cologne smell. I made a mistake of using it the first time before work time and I had to jump back in the shower

This really helped my scalp! My scalp has been very dry this winter and this helped so much. It also smells really nice.

This product has a very cooling and soothing sensation and is enjoyable to use. After 5 days of use scalp itchiness is minimized. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the product, although not greasy, does leave a slight residue on the hair. If you have thick hair or black or brown hair you probably wouldn't really notice it but if your hair is fine or medium in texture or blonde or redheaded the residue will most likely be visible. It is visible in my hair and I have wavy blonde hair with medium texture.

My hairdresser used me on this once and I was sold. Just finished my first bottle and buying another. Feels really good and is a step I now always want in my haircare routine. It's helped my scalp feel soo much more comfortable and although not dramatic I do think it makes my hair look a little better. Excited to see any potential long term use affects. I have long, color treated, fine, oily/normal hair.

I waited until I used this product for 3 weeks per the instructions on the box and I love this serum. I have always struggled with itchy/flaky/extremely dry scalp and decided to finally do something about it! I purchased this along with a scrub and mask by Karastase and Iove them all. I noticed right away that my scalp was less dry and itchy as well as this also made my hair feel clean even after not washing it for a few days. Highly recommend!

I am Filipina in 40s who suffers from super dry, itchy scalp. I tried castor oil coconut oil all kinds of shampoo and then I came across a commercial about Kerastase. I had doubts since the reviews here are mixed reactions. I took my chance and I must say what an instant relief on 1st week!
