this makes my hair so shiny, I let the first shampoo sit for a few minutes and then do a second wash. My hair stays clean for a solid 2 days, as a natural brunette that’s a win.

I love this product. I love it so much I specifically logged into my account here to write my experience with it. I was quite skeptical at first, so I used it thinking, I will return it if it doesn't work. I was wrong. I have a very greasy scalp, it gets very oily within 12 hours of washing it, without work outs. I have used this product twice on alternate weeks, toggling with the energizing scrub on the other weeks. My scalp is so balanced and my hair style holds for almost 4-5 days between washes. If I have any critique it would be the packaging, I find it difficult from keeping water to get in, you have to wet your hair in the shower before you scoop some of this out. My hands are wet after wetting my hair. The product itself is fantastic and I pray they never discontinue it.

This shampoo is great. I recently purchased my second one after trying a sample and falling in love with it. My husband and I both occasionally use this shampoo to keep our scalp clean :)

Love it! It was recommended by my hair stylist! I have oily roots, and this makes a huge difference! It adds the shine back in my hair!

Lovely product

A truly lovely product: unlike many clay products, this feels more liked a whipped mouse. Very easy to apply and, just as important, very easily rinsed out. Left my hair feeling very clean and bouncy. Doesn't thicken hair as such, but does leave hair feeling full of movement and volume.

overpriced nonsense

I’ve been using this product since I purchased it in November. It’s been a bit of a waste of money. I’ve seen no change in my oily hair/scalp. For the price of the product, I expect much more of a performance out of it. The texture is nice and it doesn’t take a lot of product to crate a generous lather, but since it doesn’t work it really doesn’t matter in the end.

Amazing but the fragrance is not for me.

It's an amazingly effective product in an innovative format. It does control oil and adds volume. It's as if it frees each strand at the root, and it's very invigorating to the scalp. You only need a little product to work up a luxurious lather. A couple of things: One, it's very drying so don't use it more than once a week and you HAVE to use a highly moisturizing mask afterwards (I prefer Chronologiste over the Specifique Divalent mask, but my hair is pretty dry). The other thing is the fragrance is just bad. Why you would put rose and menthol together is beyond me. If it had more of an herbal-forward fragrance, it would be perfect.

I was disappointed with this product. I love the scent and performance of its accompanying balancing shampoo in this collection but the scent and performance of this product is lacking. The scent is very strong and unappealing, and it doesn’t lather well. It’s not so much a clay but more of a thick gel? It didn’t help purify either; I didn’t notice any changes in my roots or scalp that the balancing shampoo couldn’t do. I couldn’t justify the price point on this one.
